The workers who deploy from our manpower division are KTH. The construction crew on site is KTH. We invest in their training, protect their rights, and stand behind them when they are abroad. This is not a safety goal — it is a non-negotiable standard. We train before we deploy, inspect before we build, and halt before we compromise. No deadline and no client pressure justifies placing a worker at unnecessary risk. The culture of safety we build on our sites is the same culture that produces reliable, professional work.
