KTH International was established in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, as a response to a clear gap in the market: the absence of a single, integrated group capable of handling construction, workforce, trade, and hospitality under one accountable roof. From our earliest projects in and around Vientiane, the model proved itself — clients preferred fewer handoffs and a single point of contact.
Today, KTH operates across ten lines of business, with affiliates including Al-Aziz International Ltd and Lao Bangla Construction Ltd. Our workforce spans Lao PDR and reaches international markets through our manpower export division. We are registered, regulated, and rooted in the Lao economy — and committed to its growth.
